Case #46046: This is a patient in her 50's who underwent labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, and labial puffing with fat transfer. The labiaplasty reduced the labia minora, and the clitoral hood reduction addressed excess tissue and fullness at the top. Fat transfer was used to add volume to the labia majora. The after image shows well-healed tissue with the suture lines no longer visible.
