Case #46044: This is a redo breast reduction many years after the initial one by another surgeon. Accessory axillary breast tissue removal was also done. iFour months after surgery you can see the anchor pattern, also called an inverted T incision pattern. in the after photo: a circular scar around each areola, a vertical line running downward, and a horizontal scar along the inframammary fold. The before photo shows large, heavy asymmetric breasts and accessory axillary tissue just anterior to the armpit fold. The after photo shows a noticeably smaller breast volume, improved asymmetry, and accessory breast tissue removed. Scars at this stage are still pink and will start fading over the coming few months.
