Case #46028: Upper blepharoplasty was performed on a female patient in her early seventies, with the after photo taken at the three-month mark. The procedure addressed the upper eyelids through excision of excess skin, and you can see in the after image that the upper lid contour sits higher and clearer, with the eyelid no longer on or over the lash line. The skin that had been resting across the lid margin is no longer present, and the eye opening reads as less obstructed. This patient was seeking a very natural result and this was achieved.
