Case #43734: This 24-year-old patient came in as an A cup with a goal of reaching a full C cup. High-projection Natrelle silicone gel implants were selected to meet her specific aesthetic goals. The implants were placed submuscularly through inframammary incisions so the scars sit tucked along the fold beneath each breast. You can see in the after photo, taken at 6 weeks post-op, that the implants are still riding slightly high on the chest. That's expected at this stage.
