Case #46088: This is a breast augmentation case. Three months after surgery, you're looking at the result of a silicone gel breast augmentation performed on a woman in her mid-twenties who started at an A cup. The implants were placed through inframammary incisions, which hides them. That incision choice also gives most direct access to the pocket created implant pocket. The after photo shows the patient at a C cup. Swelling at three months is largely resolved, but the implants will drop some in the coming months as the tissues at the bottom relax.
