Case #45733: This is a breast revision surgery case for a patient in her late forties with a right capsular contracture. She also felt her old implants were too projected. A right capsulectomy was done and the old implants were removed and replaced with new less projected silicone gel implants. Breast implants are not life time devices and need to be removed or replaced.
