Case #43775: This is a mommy makeover case performed on a patient in her mid-twenties with tuberous breasts. The procedures done combined breast augmentation with mastopexy and abdominoplasty, with liposuction to the abdomen, waist, and flanks. Working with tuberous breasts, silicone gel implants were placed submuscularly through a periareolar incision, and a periareolar lift was performed at the same time. The abdominoplasty addressed excess abdominal tissue and post-pregnancy bulging, including the extensive stretch marks across the lower abdomen.
