Case #46070: This is a gender-affirming FTM top surgery case performed using the double incision with free nipple graft technique. Tissue was removed across the chest, and the nipples were harvested, resized, and grafted to a male-typical position on the chest wall. At four months post-op, the after photo shows a flat chest contour with scars visible below each pectoral area and the grafted nipples.
