Case #46072: This is a male patient in his late fifties after significant weight loss while maintaining a high degree of fitness. The before photo shows a significant fold of loose skin bunching at the lower abdomen and mons pubis. The after photo is taken at four months after a tummy tuck performed as part of post weight loss body contouring. The after photo shows the abdominal wall with the lower skin folds gone and the contour of the midsection visibly flattened from the upper to lower abdomen.
