Case #45710: This is a transfeminine breast augmentation case performed with silicone gel implants, moving the size from less than an A cup now to a C cup. At 4 months out from surgery, the initial swelling has resolved. However, with tight tissues there is skin stretching and the implants will drop further at the bottom in the next few months. In this case, there are visible stretch marks on the skin in the after photo which are part of the skin adapting to increased volume in some patients who are prone to stretch marks.
