Case #45693: This is a post weight loss body contouring case for a woman in her early sixties, combining an extended abdominoplasty and a monsplasty. The extended approach places the incision beyond the hip points, addressing excess skin across the lower abdomen and flanks. The monsplasty component lifts and repositions a sagging and overly full pubic area, which often descends after significant weight loss. At 4 months post-op, the after photo shows a much flatter abdominal profile and a flatter and lifted mons pubis. At this point the scar is pink to red and will begin to fade over the next few months, reaching a fully mature state at 1-2 years.
