Case #45703: This is an abdominoplasty case performed on a 22-year-old who presented with significant abdominal skin laxity and stretch marks across the lower abdomen. The before photo shows loose, redundant abdominal skin with visible stretch marks extending across the lower and mid-abdomen. Abdominoplasty was performed to remove the excess skin and tighten the abdominal wall. The after photo, taken at three months post-op, shows a flat abdominal contour with a low horizontal scar visible along the lower abdomen and a repositioned navel.
