Case #46095: This is an abdominoplasty case performed on a 33-year-old woman. The before photo shows loose abdominal skin with visible surface texture and wrinkling across the entire abdominal wall. Dr. Orna Fisher performed a full abdominoplasty, removing excess skin and tightening the abdominal tissue. The after photo, taken at four months post-op, shows a low horizontal incision and the navel repositioned and the upper and lower abdominal skin lying flat against the wall.
